How to Reactivate Your Account
Please follow these steps to reactivate a cancelled account.
- Login to your account
- Make sure your account has a valid payment method under 'the Credit Cards' section
- Click EDIT under 'Your Subscriptions'
- Make your selections under:
- Choose a New Product
- Choose a New Subscription Term
Choose a New Shipping Address
Choose a New Payment Method
- Click REACTIVATE.
- Review your settings and click CONFIRM.
- Reactivated accounts will be charged immediately, and the shipment of your first box is created immediately. If you reactivate on or after the 25th of the month, your first box will be the shipped the following month.
- If you wish to customize your first box upon reactivating your account, please contact us before reactivating.
