Each Tea Runners box contains 4 premium loose leaf teas, with approximately 0.8 oz (23 g) per pouch—enough to brew 30 to 40 cups per box.
You can also add an optional 5th tea to your box for an additional $5.
We also include a Monthly Card with company news, sales announcements, special offers, and more.
With 25+ monthly tea options to choose from—and new teas every month—you’re in complete control of what goes into your box.

➡️ Customize future boxes between the 25th and last day of the month by logging into your account.
Examples:
- February box → Customize from January 25 – January 31.
- March box → Customize from February 25 – February 28.
- April box → Customize from March 25 – March 31.
- Etc.
Email Reminders
If you have a shipment or renewal coming up, we will send you a reminder email on the 25th that customization has started.
What if I miss the deadline?
After the 1st of the month, you can no longer customize your box from within your account. If you miss the deadline, we will ship you the featured monthly teas for the box you're subscribed to.
If it's after the 1st and we haven't shipped your box yet, you might catch us via our customer support to make your customizations manually. 😉
Important Note
If you sign up on the 23rd or 24th of the month, you’ll need to customize your second box just 1–2 days later.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift recipients can customize their second box onward. The first box is customized on checkout, and since gifts are usually a surprise, we leave the customization of the first box to the buyer.
Normal subscriptions renew indefinitely until cancelled. You can also pause them anytime.
Gift Subscriptions do not renew, and therefore do not need to be cancelled.
Cancelling a subscription is easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Login to your account.
- Select your subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Click Edit Renewal Settings.
- Select ‘Cancel this subscription’
We can also do it for you if you contact us.
If you have unshipped boxes on your subscription, cancelling will not prevent them from being delivered. Cancelling will prevent all future renewals, but it will not undo shipments you're already paid for.
If your subscription renewed before you had a chance to cancel, contact us and we'll take care of it for you.
Monthly boxes are shipped around the 5th-7th of the month.
In the United States, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipments usually arrive anywhere within 3-5 days of being shipped.
In Canada, we ship via Canada Post Lettermail, which can take 10-14 days to arrive.
