This Mai Xie oolong is one of the highest grades of this tea normally available. Mao Xie, which literally means "Hair of the Crab", refers to the little hairs on the tea leaves that float to the top of your tea when brewed.
Compared to Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy), Hairy Crab is a more floral and sweeter oolong.
