Absolutely THE BEST tea on the planet! I am a huge fan of this tea and have been buying it for years. It is the best black tea on the planet. Absolutely! Delicious! Best black tea flavor. I am a tea snob lol and to me this is the best. I never want to run out of it. Wonderful hot and iced. I love a strong great-tasting black tea and this is the best.

When I first saw the Ceylon Burning Sun dry leaves, it certainly looked like tea grounds usually found inside mass produced tea bags: tiny pieces of leaf and no whole leaves. Tea Runners contacted me to indicate that it was the typical processing of a breakfast tea which is chopped up to enhance flavour. The tea description did not describe it as a breakfast tea and many quality Ceylon teas are whole leaf. I have been drinking many fine teas from Tea Runners that were whole leaf, so I was expecting whole leaf. Thus I was disappointed. This was astringent and probably needs milk to soften it out. I would not buy it again. Tea Runners have generously offered an alternative as a replacement. So 5/5 for customer service.
