A bright tonic of chamomile calm

A bright, chamomile spearmint blend. This is one of the first teas I tried from Tearunners when I started my subscription a few years ago.I love to drink it at night before bed. It's like falling asleep headfirst into a bright yellow and white field of daisies and long grass. lol

Favorite Chamomile Tea

This is my favorite Chamomile tea blend! The lemongrass and lemon verbena adds a brightness to the tea while the chamomile is very calming. The spearmint is just what this blend needs to balance the floral and citrus notes. I highly recommend this tea blend for those who are looking for a new herbal tea blend to calm the mind.
