I got this tea through my subscription box, then had to buy more. Strong and smooth, an excellent morning tea and good for 2 or 3 steeps!

Love this Tea

I am a longtime loose leaf tea drinker. I have always been a purist no flavors added to my teas. However, since discovering this tea it has become one of my favorites. Still has the true flavors of a rich black or pu-erh tea but an indulgent flavor of caramel toffee. It is a mainstay of my tea choices now.

Delicious and surprisingly simple

First off, I KNEW I would love this tea, I am a HUGE sucker for Caramels and Toffees. So this started off high on my list already; however I accidentally burned the tea and that made it almost better? I can't personally afford an electric kettle with a screen that shows temperature, so I play a lot of it by ear. The mild burn lifted a lot of the caramel and toffee flavors to the surface that aren't normally heavy on the tongue. This was counterbalanced by the bitterness (which I normally do not like) and was almost perfect.
Even this tea without accidentally burning it is amazing, the flavor spreads over your tongue well and its tastes like you are just eating caramel and toffee melted into a smooth black tea. HIGHLY recommend for anyone who likes their teas sweet.

This has a great mixture. I got a sample package and will definitely be purchasing a larger supply. It’s a wonderful addition to my collection.

My favorite caffeinated tea.

So delicious with a spot of cream or oat milk. Clean, non jittery caffeine buzz.
