A bright tonic of chamomile calm

The chamomile in this blend is so bright and fresh that I literally take a moment to pause and admire the bright, plump yellow pads of the chamomile flowers in the base of the basket of my glass teapot after it’s steeped. When I take a sip, the first thing I taste is the earthy chamomile, then a bright lemony pop of the lemongrass and lemon verbena, all finished off with a smooth, grassy spearmint finish. I first received this in my tea subscription, and I just ordered a regular-sized bag so I can continue to enjoy it!

Favorite Chamomile Tea

This is my favorite Chamomile tea blend! The lemongrass and lemon verbena adds a brightness to the tea while the chamomile is very calming. The spearmint is just what this blend needs to balance the floral and citrus notes. I highly recommend this tea blend for those who are looking for a new herbal tea blend to calm the mind.
