...turns out, I just don't like cheap green tea you get at supermarkets. This stuff is nothing like what you'd find prepackaged. It's sweet, light, and has just the right measure of earthiness. If you don't like green teas, try this one - it might change your mind.
Since I joined tea runner I have been pairing some of the teas with meals. I use 1 tsp instead of the 1.5 tsp listed on the package and it makes a mild cup of green tea that pair perfectly with homemade chocolate chip cookies.
