Smoked Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong Lapsang Souchong

This tea is a traditionally smoked Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, often called 'Lapsang Souchong.' Compared to other smoked teas you may have tried, such as Russian Caravan, this lot is only lightly smoked over pine, allowing the quality of the underlying tea to come through.

This tea originates from the enchanting Wu Yi Mountain region and is skillfully roasted and dried over a pine wood fire, resulting in a flavor profile that is both smoky, fruity, floral, and peaty.
