Stir Fried Greens

A beloved staple in China’s Fujian Province, Stir Fried green tea remains largely undiscovered outside the region. This traditional tea is hand-plucked early in the spring harvest, when the leaves are young and full of fresh, delicate flavor. After picking, the leaves are pan-fired in small batches—a method that gives the tea its signature sweet, wholesome character with rich vegetal notes.

Unlike teas produced for export, Stir Fried is typically grown on small family farms and sold in local markets, making it a true expression of regional craftsmanship and everyday tea culture.
