On October 1, 2022, we started using a custom-built app powered by Shopify to manage subscriptions. 

→ If your subscription began after October 1, 2022, please refer to the SHOPIFY section below.  

→ If your subscription began before October 1, 2022, please refer to the CRATEJOY section below.

If your subscription was created on tearunners.com after October 1, 2022, your account is likely on Shopify.  To customize your shipments and manage your subscription, you must login to your account. 

When your subscription started, you should have received an email inviting you to create an account. If you did not receive this email, please contact customer support

Alternatively you can create an account here.  Just use the same email address assigned to the subscription.

Customization for next month's box always starts on the 25th of the month and ends on the 31st.  If you have an upcoming shipment, you will receive an email reminding you that it's time to login and customize your next box.

You have until the end of the month to submit customizations, and if you miss the deadline, you'll be shipped the 4 teas curated for that box. 



If your subscription was created on tearunners.com before October 1, 2022, your account is likely on Cratejoy. 

Only the buyer of the subscription will have an account on Cratejoy. Gift recipients do not have their own account. 

Login To Your Cratejoy Account


You cannot customize your upcoming shipments from within your Cratejoy account. 

On the 25th of the month we send an email to announcing what teas are coming next month. To customize your shipments, you must follow the link sent in this email. (We also post it on our blog.)

You must be on our mailing list to be notified. If you unsubscribe from our list, you will not receive a reminder.  If you're not sure if you're on our mailing list, please go to this page and sign yourself up

If your purchase was made through the Cratejoy Marketplace, you will not be added to our mailing list.  Please go to this page and get yourself on the list, or you will miss the reminders to customize. 

All customization requests must be received by the last day of the month. 


Unfortunately Amazon subscriptions cannot be customized. Amazon does not allow us access to any customer data, such as an email address, so we cannot offer customization.
