How to Switch Your Delivery Schedule

Tea Runners offers monthly, bi-monthly, and tri-monthly delivery options. We recommend starting on one of our monthly programs and switching to bi- or tri-monthly if you find you're not getting through your teas fast enough. 

 


How to Switch Your Delivery Schedule

Please note the directions below apply to regular subscription accounts, not gift subscriptions. If you'd like to modify a gift subscription, please contact us for help. 

  1. Login to your account
  2. In the 'Your Subscriptions' section, click EDIT. 
  3. Choose a New Product:
    • [Name of Box] - Monthly Box
    • [Name of Box] - Bi-Monthly Box
    • [Name of Box] - Tri-Monthly Box
  4. Verify your subscription term, shipping address, and payment sections. 
  5. Click CHANGE. 
  6. Review your settings and click CONFIRM.
     

Explanation of Bi-Monthly

2 MONTHS - $25 PER
You will be charged $25 every 2 months and receive a box every 2 months.

6 MONTH PREPAY - $67.50 PER
You will be charged $67.50 for 3 boxes total, one delivered every 2 months. 

12 MONTH PREPAY - $127.50 PER
You will be charged $127.50 for 6 boxes total, one delivered every 2 months. 
 

Explanation of Tri-Monthly

1 QUARTER - $25 PER
You will be charged $25 every 3 months and receive a box every 3 months.  We do not offer prepay discounts on the tri-monthly schedule. 
 

Important Note:

Switching from one delivery schedule to another will take place ONLY at your next renewal, it does not take place immediately

For example, you have a recurring 6-month membership and your account is set to renew on June 1st. If you switch to a Bi-Monthly Box, the change will only happen at your next renewal (in this case on June 1st). You will still receive monthly deliveries until then.

On June 1st your account will switch to bi-monthly and you will receive the June box, (skip July), the August box, (skip September), the October box, etc, until you have received 6 boxes. 

Likewise, if you are on a bi-monthly schedule and you want to switch back to monthly (or tri-monthly) the change will only happen at your next renewal.
