Jin Jun Mei, which literally translates to “golden horse eyebrow”, is considered one of the most prestigious teas in China.
Two small shoots are hand plucked from the plants stem within a very short window of time during early spring. It is then fully oxidized and produces a sweet fruity red cup with a long-lasting flavor.
This very high-grade Jin Jun Mei, harvested in April 2018, is an outstanding black tea.
