One of our favorite tea providers has come up with this tantalizing malty black tea infused with tart lemon peel, and we can't get enough of it.

Queen Victoria famously enjoyed her cup of tea with a slice of lemon, and we love how the citrus offsets the natural molasses notes in this expertly blended tea.

Try it in its purest state without the addition of milk to really enjoy its complexities.

Ingredients: Black tea, lemon peel, lemon verbena, and natural flavoring.

Lemon Drop Black Tea

This smells so good, like aromatic lemon depth without the bitterness, and it taste a lot like it smells. I get notes of lemon peel, lemon verbena, and some woodsiness. I was glad I didn’t any tartness, sourness, or bitterness.

I was able to drink it without any sweetener at all (it’s not sweet by itself to me, but it’s complex and smooth enough to get away with no additions). I usually add sweetener to most of my teas.

I think this would be excellent hot or served as iced tea, with sugar as well. I have enjoyed it as hot tea so far. It’s also good with honey. I haven’t tried a cold brew method, but the tea is smooth to begin with, so that seems promising.

Lemon Drop

When I was small, I used to put our lemon drop candy in my tea. This smells and tastes exactly like that. So happy I ordered this! Absolutely luscious. I hope this flavor is always in Stockton. Enjoy!

A wonderful rich, natural tasting tea

This tea paired with lemon zest (or lemon peel) tastes remarkably good, with a well-rounded flavor that only natural ingredients can provide. There are none of those weak and weedy tastes that modern-day beverage offerings often have. With a touch of sugar or, better, honey, it's much like Dr. Dre's Beats musical recordings and less like a lackluster CD. Use filtered or granite-infused water so there's no earthy minerals or other rogue flavors to ruin the brilliance. Or course, if you never buy this tea, how will you ever know?

A tad tart, but refreshing!

I really enjoyed this tea! The first time I steeped too long and it was very tart. The second time I did it exactly by the directions and it was much better, with a light lemon taste and refreshing. I do believe I'll be ordering this one again and making sure I don't loose track of timing!
