Upgrade Your Account

Dear Tea Runners member, 

For the past 6 years, we have been using Cratejoy to manage our subscriptions. Tea Runners has grown into so much more and Cratejoy is no longer suitable to manage the many features we offer our customers.

To continue bringing you the best tea subscription service possible, we have built our own custom app on Shopify.  Our new app offers many advantages that we simply cannot offer on Cratejoy, such as:

  • A much simpler system for customizing your monthly boxes.
  • The ability to add a 5th tea to your subscription box.
  • Easier control over your delivery schedule, with the ability to pause & resume.
  • The ability to view a history of all the teas you've received.
  • Gift recipients can have complete control over their account.
  • And a lot more…

We would transfer your account if we could, but unfortunately, it’s not possible to transfer your securely stored payment information from one platform to another.

How to Upgrade Your Account

Upgrading your account is a simple matter of signing up for a new subscription and cancelling your old one.

Avoid A Duplicate Shipment
When you create a new account, your first box is shipped right away.  We recommend creating your new account after the 25th of the month so you are selecting from next month's teas. 

Avoid Duplicate Subscriptions
Once you've signed up on our new platform, don't forget to login to Cratejoy and cancel your previous subscription. 

Create a New Account
After creating your subscription, you must create an account to manage that subscription. You will be invited to create an account via email. Please don't forget this step!
