These mini tea cakes are infused with an herb called Nuo Mi Xiang, imparting the flavor of roasted rice into this pu’erh. We love pu’erh for a healthy caffeine kick, as well as after a heavy meal to help with digestion, and this one is delightfully smooth, herbaceous, and savory.

Toasted rice aroma and taste that’s so nice

I think I would drink this every day if I could. Toasty rice goodness. With a splash of milk, it’s even sweeter. And bonus, it can be steeped 2-3 times. Yum.

Incredibly Smooth and Comforting

I am so glad I took a chance on this tea as I was not familiar with tea cakes or pu-erh tea. It is smoother than any cup of morning coffee and the experience is like drinking a favorite savory comfort food. I don’t want to waste a drop so I brew five 16oz cups from one cake and refrigerate the left overs for future mornings.
